NOTICE:
This is the pre-qualification buyer form. It is subject to approval and does not guarantee admission to AFWDC 2014. When the selection process has been finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with additional show information. Buyer admission includes one free guest per store. Two forms of business identification are required to receive buyer credentials for AFWDC 2014. Examples include:
Copy of your retail sales license
Copy of your sales tax number
Company letterhead for your store
Company business card that includes name and title
Purchase order or factory invoice copies
Proof of commercial checking account (i.e. imprinted checks).
